Wow Just Wow! Just visited this Store and met Tamee Smook. I just bought a New Home and needed New Furniture. Tamee was patient and listened to My every need. I just had left another Furniture store and was not helped at all. Tamee took the time with me and took excellent care of me. I will definitely recommend Steiner Amish Furniture to all My Family and Freinds!

Plain and simple. Being from the East, I have been familiar of the work of the Amish. Beautiful and perfect! In hopes of buying a kitchen table, I met with Dustin who introduced me to other needs that I had which were mattresses. His knowledge encouraged me to order two of them that day! They were personally made in Ohio and brought out here to my home by two terrific, professional young men. As far as the kitchen table goes, we no longer awaken with sore backs! In time, I will return to the Steiner’s in Sun City, AZ and find something nicer the eat on other than a tv tray!!

We purchased a bedroom suite the end of 2020. It was delivered in April 2021. The salesperson told us up front what type of wait to expect, so there was no surprise. When the furniture was delivered, the delivery crew set everything up exactly where we instructed them. Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our furniture!! The end of July 2021, we went back to the store and ordered a dining room table and chairs. Once again, we were informed as to the wait time. NO PROBLEM! QUALITY IT WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!! We absolutely LOVE our table! My father and husband both worked with wood, so we wanted good quality ALL wood furniture. Not the cheaply made furniture that can be found at other stores, that will last only a few years. Amish-made will last a lifetime. You will probably want to pass it down to your family. Another thing that makes the Amish furniture so special is that you can “customize” it — you get to choose from several different types of wood, the color of stain used, even the hardware is picked out by the customer. All other stores have factory-made, “a dime and dozen” pieces of furniture. Our furniture is definitely unique to us because WE helped design it. If you choose to buy from Steiner’s, you will not regret it. But remember, QUALITY is not cheap — particle board is.

Dion was a huge help! We have several custom pieces of furniture in our home that we purchased from Holmes Co , Ohio when we e visited there and already knew the quality craftsmanship. Our new custom TV stand exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back to purchased more furniture.

My wife and I bought an end table at Steiner's We were trying to match a set that we bought in another state about 12 years ago. We found what we thought was a perfect match in style, hardware, and stain. We didn't do our due diligence when it came to dimensions (we assumed that end tables were essentially a standard height), and ended up ordering an end table that was about 7 inches taller than our existing set. This was an error in which we were 90% responsible for making. I say 90% because a red flag was never thrown by our sales person. It could have been avoided had they just gave us a heads up on our oversight. Like I said, 90% our fault. Now for the good news: The Surprise store manager, Tamee, listened, really listened to our predicament, and became our advocate when dealing with ownership. She was able to articulate our position to the decision makers and negotiated an agreement that was totally in our favor, all things considered. Having said that, I couldn't possibly give a higher customer service grade to Steiner's. Give them your business. They sell high quality Amish furniture, stand behind their products, and treat their customers like friends, not just numbers. 5 (*****) STARS
