If you want quality furniture, this is the place to go. My wife and I have purchased a bedroom set and entertainment center from Steiner's. We just added a new dining room table and chairs that is exceptional in quality and delivered on the date that was promised when ordered.
Well made, gorgeous furniture that will last a lifetime. We plan to replace other items in our house too. We bought the most beautiful dining room table and chairs. They’re wonderful.

We’ve been purchasing furniture from Steiner’s Amish Furniture since 2000. From our dining room set, end tables, sofa table, entertainment center to our most recent purchase - our very first bedroom set - we couldn’t be happier. The furniture is so beautiful, but it’s also so well made! We love that we can customize it to fit our needs exactly. The staff (Brent, Tamee, Ellen & Kyle) are so patient and friendly. There aren’t a lot of businesses out there today that you could walk into and be greeted by name, after not being there in over a year.Highly recommend this family owned company!

I absolutely love the quality of workmanship of the Amish furniture. I have been looking for months for a good quality dining room table and finally walked into Steiners to check out their tables. I fell in love with all of them. The staff was really nice and Ellen Carey worked with me on finding the perfect table. I settled on a hickory table with eight chairs and two self storing leaves. I absolutely love it.When they delivered my table they put it together and set it up perfectly for me. It is perfect. it will be perfect for all the holiday meals. Very nice atmosphere the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. No pushy sales they let you browse and answered questions if needed. I will definitely go back!Their delivery guys were wonderful taking very good care not to damage any of the items and explaining how to care for our beautiful items.

I have been shopping Steiner's Amish Furniture for over 10 years now. The furniture is made here in the USA. It is very high quality that will last many lifetimes. I have had some custom pieces made, ordered furniture and bought off the floor. The staff and the owners are the best, giving awesome service. I would highly recommend shopping for all your furniture at Steiner's Amish Furniture; I do.
If you are looking for high-quality custom furniture, we highly recommend stopping by Steiner's Amish Furniture. The furniture is not inexpensive but it is very competitively priced with other high-end manufactures. We purchased a king bed frame, dresser, nightstands, two recliners, couch, 4 den chairs, buffet and dining room table and chairs. All of the pieces are outstanding and will no doubt last for generations. Since the furniture is made to order, it can take quite a while to complete (9 months for some of our pieces) but, if you have the means to afford it, are not overwhelmed by the choices, and don't need it right away, I think you'll be as satisfied as we are. The staff is fantastic to work with! A big thanks to Dustin for all your help!

Absolutely awesome furniture. Hands down worth it in every way. The sales people were very patient not pushy and very helpful with selections and options. Item arrived. Perfection. We love jut going into this store. Such beautiful and wonderfully well made furniture and home decor. We ordered a small Amish Fireplace heater and it took 7 months to arrive but it was worth the wait. Not always that long to receive, but now and then I guess so. We will always check into this store just to see what's to buy. Love this place.
We've shopped many times and have gotten our diningroom furniture to match our wood cabinets and special ordered our home intertainment center,, as well as end tables and sofa and recliner chairs. All still look like new because they were made by your company, the Amish. Thank you
After my wife and I spent hours that turned into days looking for a new sofa at all the other typical furniture stores we remembered Steiner’s. We received a friendly greeting as we entered the store and explained what we were looking for, we were directed to some beautiful pieces and not pressured by a lingering salesman. We selected a beautiful reclining sofa that was delivered in 3 days, the delivery guys were friendly and showed us how to connect the power for the recline. We love our new sofa and will be returning for additional items to enhance the look of our home.
Great experience at Steiner's Amish Furniture! Tamee was great to work with, answered the many questions we had and was very knowledgeable about all of the furniture in the store. The delivery was also great, right on time and professional. The high quality is worth the price. We will be buying more from them in the future.
We have purchased three bedroom sets from Steiner's. It is expensive, but you cannot beat the quality of this furniture! It will last for generations! Ellen was very helpful with regard to helping us choose our furniture, stain, and handles. The delivery process was very efficient. If you want quality furniture that will last for decades, go to Steiner's!
I was blown away at the quality of furniture and the variety. The customer service was excellent, the purchase process quick and simple, and the product beautiful. I will definitely shop there again.
I first was in the market for a reclining chair and when viewing Steiner’s website I submitted many questions which were promptly answered by Patricia, 1 of their sales person. While I didn’t buy a chair, at the time, I did find a desk, that I fell in love with, to be used as my office desk in my home. After a phone call to the Chandler store and a few more questions asked and answered, by Patricia, we confirmed my wish in size, wood or and finish. I sent a check, to cover the down payment, along with the sales receipt to the Surprise store to start process in motion in getting the desk made. I was told initially that it may take eight months to receive the desk, which wasn’t an issue for me in these times we’re going through. This past week I received a phone call saying the desk was in and could be delivered this past Thursday. The Steiner’s delivery crew called on Thursday giving their arrival time. After getting to my home, they were very friendly and professional during the entire process. They figured out the best way to get the desk in the room and did it.i made the final payment and the crew departed. I must say the desk is as beautiful as I expected it to be. The entire process was 1 of the best I have ever been through. Everyone was very friendly and professional and i didn’t even go into the Chandler store all was done via e-mail and the phone. I thank everyone at Steiner’s for their help in getting me my Amish handcrafted 70 inch Boston desk in “Michael”s Cherry Stain.”
Over the years we've purchased many pieces, both indoor and outdoor, from Steiner's Amish Furniture and have never been left disappointed that we did so. It is the only place to which we will turn in the future for any additional furniture needs.
I was amazed at the beauty and quality of furniture and the size of store and inventory. I was only browsing this visit but I will check back when I am ready to purchase. The only downside is if ordering it can take months as the items are hand crafted.
I was quoted a 26+ week turnaround for a bed frame. Beautiful furniture but don't assume everything out on the floor is available for sale because it's not ( it has to be built first).

There are a few select floor model items in our store that are not for sale, but most floor items are available. We purchased a table and 6 chairs. The build quality is top notch. This is not a high pressure environment, and the furniture is not cheap. If you want a piece you will own forever, consider shopping at Steiners. We purchased a table from the floor (didn't want to wait) and we receive compliments from everyone who sees it.
I love my dining room table I purchased at Steiner’s Furniture. We looked at many places and the furniture was cheaply made and inferior quality. The handmade furniture here is more expensive but you get what you pay for. I have a family heirloom that will last a lifetime. It took awhile to get it but worth the wait. I would highly recommend this business.

The furniture is absolutely gorgeous, if you look at the detail in the craftsmanship you can see that these pieces will last a lifetime and than some. You will be very happy.

The store is clean and friendly, high end furniture is pricey but worth every penny.
The outdoor furniture purchased at 3 different times has completed the deck area. All pieces: 2 lounge chairs w/table, 3 piece Pub table and, finally, the glider. They have made a beautiful addition to the backyard. The personnel in the Sun City Store were always so helpful. The deliveries were excellent; even with a not-so-easy access to the back yard.
We visited both stores. Didn't feel pressured to buy. Staff at both locations knew their stuff. Now we have a beautiful addition to our home. Seats 10 plus. Thanks Kyle and Tamee. #happywifehappylife
My husband and I bought a new home and wanted to purchase a few pieces of Amish furniture because of the craftsmanship and quality. Our sales person was Ellen and her service was outstanding. We ended up buying furniture for the entire house AND outdoor furniture too! We know that buying quality furniture from Steiner’s will last us through our lifetime and beyond!

A little pricey but you do get quality goods. If you are looking for permanent furniture that you can pass down , this is the way to go.

Was looking for good furniture so stopped at this store from the moment I walked I was not greeted but there were a few other customers that were being helped and the employee's were friendly to those customers made me feel I wasn't welcomed cause of color finally was approached by it seemed liked the owner and pretty much was are you going to buy or not cause if not you have to go very un professional and uncomfortable atmosphere will not stop by in there again

We paid a huge price for an entertainment center. And waited three months to have it made and delivered , then the truck got stopped somewhere in Ohio so add another week . Delivery was done but half the shelves were left at the warehouse. Then instead of delivering the missing shelves my wife had to drive there and get them herself only to find out these shelves are supposed to be installed from the back of the unit so the back has to be disassembled and then reassembled. Terrible service, no call backs and partial assembly not acceptable for my thousands of dollars

In regard to the delay of our truck from Ohio, we are not able to control the weather back east and we must prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees. Beautiful furniture but 4 month wait to get items.
Brought all new furniture for a home that we are building. We worked with Ellen and she is amazing.
We are so extremely pleased with our new desk and Steiner's Amish Furniture. Tamee was an excellent sales associate. She was patient and very helpful. She even offered to continue looking up different options for our desk while we went to eat lunch. When we came back, she had found exactly what we described to her. The desk took the amount of time expected for construction and delivery. Delivery went flawlessly. The quality is unbelievable and the price was what was expected for a piece of furniture this well made. It will be in our family for many generations. Gone are the days of buying put together furniture. We will be returning customers for sure.
Save your time go to American Furniture all you new folks in town. Poor interactions with Sales staff.

My wife and I were shopping within the store and became interested in a few pieces of furniture. The sales person at first had a mask but then remove it. At this point even so we were interested in some furniture we departed the store.

Just purchased my dream dining set! Table, chairs, bar stools and china hutch. Ellen spent time going around the showroom, showing me all of the different types of styles, the wood, the stains, etc. She could not have been more helpful and patient with me! The quality of the furniture and the service are top notch! A HUGE thanks to owners Brent and Stephanie!
We bought our living room and dining room set from Steiner’s and we absolutely love it! You can’t find this kind of quality anywhere else and it will definitely last us a lifetime! We will be back to fill the rest of our house soon!

| We purchased a bedroom suite the end of 2020. It was delivered in April 2021. The salesperson told us up front what type of wait to expect, so there was no surprise. When the furniture was delivered, the delivery crew set everything up exactly where we instructed them. Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our furniture!! The end of July 2021, we went back to the store and ordered a dining room table and chairs. Once again, we were informed as to the wait time. NO PROBLEM! QUALITY IT WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!! We absolutely LOVE our table! My father and husband both worked with wood, so we wanted good quality ALL wood furniture. Not the cheaply made furniture that can be found at other stores, that will last only a few years. Amish-made will last a lifetime. You will probably want to pass it down to your family. Another thing that makes the Amish furniture so special is that you can “customize” it — you get to choose from several different types of wood, the color of stain used, even the hardware is picked out by the customer. All other stores have factory-made, “a dime and dozen” pieces of furniture. Our furniture is definitely unique to us because WE helped design it. If you choose to buy from Steiner’s, you will not regret it. But remember, QUALITY is not cheap — particle board is. |
Plain and simple. Being from the East, I have been familiar of the work of the Amish. Beautiful and perfect! In hopes of buying a kitchen table, I met with Dustin who introduced me to other needs that I had which were mattresses. His knowledge encouraged me to order two of them that day! They were personally made in Ohio and brought out here to my home by two terrific, professional young men. As far as the kitchen table goes, we no longer awaken with sore backs! In time, I will return to the Steiner’s in Sun City, AZ and find something nicer the eat on other than a tv tray!!
Wow Just Wow! Just visited this Store and met Tamee Smook. I just bought a New Home and needed New Furniture. Tamee was patient and listened to My every need. I just had left another Furniture store and was not helped at all.
